Step 1 |
| Unroll the first 18-24" of your Garage Collage (GC) garage door decoration to expose "cut here" line. |
| Step 2 |
| If you don't have an electric garage door opener, proceed to step 5. |
| Step 3 |
| If you have an electric garage door, cut your GC along the dotted line at the top center of the GC using sharp utility knife or pair of scissors. |
| Step 4 |
| Re-roll GC completely.keeping the garage door art on the inside |
| Raise your garage door until the top panel is parallel with the floor. (Note: It is recommended to support the garage door so that it doesn’t close unexpectedly – see photo.) |
| Step 6 |
| Working from inside your garage, disconnect your garage door opener from the drive arm (optional). |
| Step 7 |
| From inside your garage, position the GC on the top of the garage door. Allow the white area above the image to hang loosely so the garage door opener arm fits into the 'cut' made in step 3. |
| Step 8 |
| Using the enclosed elastic fasteners, feed one fastener through the grommets located in the top corners of your GC. When done properly, the ball should be facing you. |
| Step 14 |
| Either electronically or manually, raise and lower your garage door several times to center the GC. Be aware of areas of binding or chafing and adjust your GC accordingly to eliminate these areas. |
