Step 1
Step 1
Unroll the first 18-24" of your Garage Collage (GC) garage door decoration to expose "cut here" line.

Step 2
If you don't have an electric garage door opener, proceed to step 5.

Step 3 Step 1
If you have an electric garage door, cut your GC along the dotted line at the top center of the GC using sharp utility knife or pair of scissors.

Step 4 Step 4
Re-roll GC completely.keeping the garage door art on the inside

Step 5

Step 5
Raise your garage door until the top panel is parallel with the floor. (Note: It is recommended to support the garage door so that it doesn’t close unexpectedly – see photo.)

Step 6 Step 6
Working from inside your garage, disconnect your garage door opener from the drive arm (optional).

Step 7 Step 4
From inside your garage, position the GC on the top of the garage door. Allow the white area above the image to hang loosely so the garage door opener arm fits into the 'cut' made in step 3.

Step 8 Step 8
Using the enclosed elastic fasteners, feed one fastener through the grommets located in the top corners of your GC. When done properly, the ball should be facing you.

Step 9
Step 8

Step 8
Pull each corner fastener through the garage door roller hinge at the bottom of the highest door panel. Pull the elastic strap up - over the ball to secure as shown in photo.

Step 10

Step 10
Unroll your GC, allowing your garage door decoration to fall down the front of your garage door. You may want to manually lower the door to allow GC to fall. (Note: GC will hang lower than your door).

Step 11

Step 11
Pull the bottom of the GC under the garage door. Secure the bottom corners of the GC to the bottom panel door hinge rollers. (When done properly, the ball should face away from the garage door and your garage door art should be facing outwards.)

Step 12 Step 12
Attach the two top center grommets where the cut was made (step 3) to the center top garage door hinge roller using elastic bands. Feed the elastic ties through the hinges from top to bottom.

Step 13 Step 13
Manually raise your garage door and re-attach the door opener (if you previously disconnected it). Carefully remove your garage door support (if you previously used one).

Step 14
Either electronically or manually, raise and lower your garage door several times to center the GC. Be aware of areas of binding or chafing and adjust your GC accordingly to eliminate these areas.
