Can I use a logo or graphics for my garage door decoration? |
| YES! Logos and graphics are available to add a personal touch to your message. They can be placed on all products we manufacture. Simply send us your own logo or graphics, and any additional instructions or images for your garage door art, and we will give you a quote on any additional costs that may apply. |

Am I limited on the number of colors on my Garage Collage®? |
| NO! Our pricing is for a one full color reproduction We also offer digitally printed banners, so gradients, and blending of colors etc. is not a problem. |

Can I get a double sided Garage Collage? |
| Unfortunately, we do not offer double sided Garage Collages at this time. |

Can I get a special size Garage Collage? |
We currently offer Garage Collages for a single, standard garage door (7'X8'). The image size is 7'X7'.
Custom sizes for Garage Collages will be offered at a later date. |

How do I hang my Garage Collage?
|
Full installation instructions are provided with each purchase. You can also view and print installation instructions by clicking here.
Metal Grommets are used in each corner of your Garage Collage. It is extremely important that you use all grommets and supplied fasteners for proper installation. The Garage Collage material is very strong however using only a portion of the grommets may cause undo stress and cause the grommets to be pulled out of the vinyl. (please refer to our installation instructions). |

Do you have stands for Banners?

For a custom order, can I see a layout before I order or give you my credit card number? |
| Of course! We would not expect you to commit to an order with out knowing exactly what you are getting. If you would like to see a layout contact us with the size of banner, typestyle and text you need. We will send the draft layout to you via email. We will work with you until you approve the final layout, in writing. If you choose to enter your credit card at the time you place your order (which 90% of our customers do) we will not charge your card until you have approved the layout in writing, and your banner is being put into production. |

When will I see my proof? |
| You should receive your proof within 2-4 business days of receipt of your order, providing there are no restrictions with the submitted art work. |

Proofs |
All of our printers are calibrated daily to ICC coloring profile standards to ensure accurate color production.
We will send a draft layout to you via email and then work with you until you approve the final layout, in writing. |

| We guarantee that the accuracy of your order as shown in your proof. We will begin production of your proof upon written approval from you. |

When will I receive garge door decoration? |
Banners & Window Mesh - These products will be shipped within 48 hours after the approval of your layout / proof.
Garage Collage - (In stock merchandise) will be shipped to you within 7 business days of receipt of your order.
Garage Collage - (custom merchandise) will be shipped to you within 48 hours after your written approval of the layout / proof. |

Guarantee |
| Our banners are heavy duty and can last several years outdoors. However, proper handling, installation, and storage are critical and out of our control. We limit our guarantee to 30 days from purchase for any type of manufacturing defect or error. A refund or replacement will be issued at our discretion less shipping. If your Garage Collage does not fit properly we will replace it upon return of original plus shipping. Any damage done during installation will not be covered. |

Shipping Terms |
Your order it will be shipped UPS Ground. If outside the Continental United States please contact us for a shipping quote at info@thegaragecollage.com
After the product has shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. If you have a deadline, we recommend you request expedited shipping. Terms from the shipping company still apply to any lost packages. We cannot refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package. Order Early not Last Minute.
Refunds will not be processed for shipping delays due to shipping company actions or Acts of God.
If product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned to our offices. We will then gladly send a replacement product.
Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7-10 working days after initial scheduled delivery.
Again please order early as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our facility. |
